.....you can imagine, we really miss our lad William. However, life has to keep going and we get such a lot of pleasure and fun from having Dottie (Lil's pup) and Barney (our son and daughter-in-law's pup) to visit and sometimes stay with us.
As this blog is called William Adventures & Sketches, and Dottie plus Barney have featured many times, I'm going to keep it like this. No doubt I will add some 'looking back' posts of William, but mainly will be keeping you all up to date with Dottie and Barney.
The other day we met up with Dottie and her mum, but as part of our recent travels. Having arranged to meet, we set a time and venue, but Dottie hadn't been told!! Fancy that, her mum not telling her. Hence Dottie's reaction when she realised granny and grandad were in the car next to her, she was beside herself.
Lil managed to get this short clip, so you'll get the idea of her excitement...

Thank you for keeping this one going, Ann! I know I loved Dottie and Barney (and the late Mr. Hamish too), so it will be nice to keep up with them.
I love seeing the excitement in Dottie when she realizes it's the Grands in the car next door! Pure love right there.
