If any of you read mum's blog yesterday you will have seen that we visited a big house in Dorchester called - Max Gate.....So here's my pics of the visit from my viewpoint (I knew you were all longing to see this, lol)
Dad went off to look around the house whilst mum and I waited in the garden -
we had a wander around and then settled down in the shade to wait for dad
Guess which way he went...
and to my surprise he appeared and then disappeared in another direction
guess which way....
He disappeared again around that corner -
apparently there was a second-hand bookshop hidden away
Then the lady from the bookshop came round to say hello to me
and a lady from the house too....how lovely to have met them
It was nice there in the shade on a lovely warm sunny day
Mum did some sketching, she always does,
which seem to include me for some reason!

Nice of you to keep Mum company while waiting for Dad. That must have been nice for Dad too but I bet he couldn't wait to get back and tell you all about it :)
It's interesting to see it from your point of view, William! Thanks for sharing! (and thanks to mum for her secretarial input!) :D
"...and bring me a treat because he felt so guilty leaving me! ....💟William"
"I knew you would enjoy this, and I keep mum busy even when she wants to sit and sketch, lol....💟William"
Looks like you and Mum found the perfect shady spot to wait for dad to make his (eventual) return!
how did I miss this?
love seeing it behind your ears! LOL!
and how could those lovely ladies NOT WANT to come out and meet you?
you're sort of a celebrity you know.
just sayin'...
XOXO
That looks like a good place to find rabbits and squirrels. Did you see any there?
“Yes, Eventual it was, mum thought he had been lost in some sort of a maze! Lol...💟William”
“Perhaps I am, today I thought a cyclist was stopping to say hello to me, turned out I was blocking his path!....💟William”
“I have a sneaky feeling there were squirrels in those big trees, I’ll find them next time....💟William”
