Somehow I *think* that having no opposable thumbs will get in the way of Miss Dottie using the spade to dig with. She came equipped with her own digging tools!! I agree, it will serve her better as a chew toy! And I too remembered back to sweet Hamish when I saw your drawing of Dottie, Ann.
