William is so patient with this little whipper snapper

The other day Barney decided it was really good fun to run around William -

now it seems to be THE GAME in trying to stir up the big dog

~ William is being so patient with him, it's sweet to see ~

I wonder if he's being patient or just too tired to deal with all that puppy energy! LOL ;)

Robin.... I’d rate it about 20/80 give or take. 🤣

Little cousins! They are our first and sometimes best, sometimes worst playmates. William has a lot to teach young Barney. And perhaps Barney is teaching William patience!

One of our favorite doggie stories is about when our angel Miss Ginger was a pup. She used to sit on the stairs and wait for Charisma to go by, and then pounce on her. Patient old Charisma just ignored this tactic. She didn't get mad, but she got even. She would secretly gather up all of Ginger's toys into a pile, and then take a nice long nap on top of them. Ginger could fuss all she wanted. She didn't get her toys back until Charisma finished her nap. We bet William has a few tricks up his sleeve for getting even with Barney!

LOL!
well... two things... as long as he's running around him he's not chewing on him and he'll tire quicker and fall asleep ... so he can run in his sleep judging from that recent post! LOL. either way... adorable.
and super wonderful William! excuse me. I have to watch that other post!
can't get enough of these guys. :D XO

Sue....When Barney visits, William is doing a very good job now of having a morning game with him - that seems to deal with the shenanigans for a while! 🤣

Chester....I love that story about Charisma...how clever was that! ♡

Tammy....Yes, the mental stimulation can tire them out quicker than anything.....us too for that matter! 😳
