with our recent trip to Dorset
What Theme?
BEACHES WITH NO SAND THAT'S WHAT
and here's the proof
It has to be said, I was dumbfounded!!! I tried my protest of standing still and Waiting for dad to find the sand, but it didn't happen |
Then, we went to part of Chesil Beach, STILL no Sand |
Ha....what do you see? YES STICKS AND STONES |
But my hopes got up when dad suggested
driving from Weymouth to Portland
(plus mum used her bike again...another annoyance for me,
the bike I mean, not mum)
Ouch ouch ouch, my poor feet |
Look mum, this is very difficult for me |
Does dad wait....NO....I tried to keep up |
Then I went back to tell mum |
It took me some time to get back - WHY? Because of the painful STONES |
nearly back to mum |
I must say that mum understood completely, and luckily we spotted an esplanade and path next to all these stones, where it was much easier to walk. Phew!...at last - a proper path |
I do have to admit, that I loved our trip away,
and if it means going back onto beaches with NO SAND again,
Yes I would go.
🐾🐾🐾🐾 my paws recovered too ....♡William

I love walking in my bare feet, so I sympathize with you and the stones hurting your feet, William! I too would much rather walk on sand than stones! Glad you are all recovered now.
And I thought our beach was bad... but that's BAD. You had a trip that you enjoyed so that's GOOD :)
“Exactly! Beaches should be easy going not a challenge....💟William”
“That’s the thing, can you imagine 18 miles of stones! Such is Chesil Bank and famous for it!!!.....💟William”
That looks like a very interesting place. But I agree, it could be tough on the feet! Ouch!
OUCH! Your poor paws!!! Glad your found that esplanade! Whew! :)
Poor William. But I am glad your paws recovered!
“I coped, just about... 🐾🐾William”
