William has his say....

HEY...guess what

I found a deflated football
on a walk to the lake

so why did mum and dad think they could walk off without me!

Ha!....I caught up

but look who was coming over to see me......Yep! so I decided to get out quick

(next pic, you will see I have been in training for the football world cup...someone may need my skills, surely)

mum did a sketch AGAIN,  and again I couldn't stop her...

Got to admit, that was a fun walk

and no, I didn't keep the deflated football,
I left it for another dog to find and have fun with.

William has his say...

Arrived at a new holiday centre recently.

We went exploring across the dunes

and walked down to the shore.

Okay, there were stones there,

but I didn’t mind, it was somewhere new.

mum took this video of me waiting for a stick,
but no stick appeared.
I strongly suspect that dad was just throwing a
stone into the water!

We explored some more

and WooHoo!

there was a beach with

SAND

Lucky me

Mum did a little sketch, I couldn't stop her...

After all that walking,

me and dad relaxed

- til our next adventure exploring -

Dig Dig Dig

Found himself in a bit of a hole

He has trouble turning around in there, but figures it out.

I know what you’re thinking, I’ve drawn this before, and yes I have.  Unbelievably it’s the same hole, it’s just gradually getting bigger!

Shocking

Oh the horror of it.  Unaware of the electric fence, William walked into it and

GOT A SHOCK !!

He could be heard squealing and yelping two counties away!

Thursday 14 June 2018

William has his say...

I wanted to point out that there was a theme going on,

with our recent trip to Dorset

What Theme?

BEACHES WITH NO SAND THAT'S WHAT

and here's the proof

It has to be said, I was dumbfounded!!!
I tried my protest of standing still and Waiting for dad to find the sand,
but it didn't happen

Then, we went to part of Chesil Beach,
STILL no Sand

Ha....what do you see?

YES

STICKS AND STONES

But my hopes got up when dad suggested
driving from Weymouth to Portland

(plus mum used her bike again...another annoyance for me,
the bike I mean, not mum)

Guess what

MORE STONES AND PEBBLES (SOME VERY LARGE PEBBLES)

and apparently this is just the beginning of them,
they go off into the distance for about 18 miles -
Very glad we didn't walk all that.

As I said at the beginning of this post,

Here's the proof

Ouch ouch ouch, my poor feet

Look mum, this is very difficult for me

Does dad wait....NO....I tried to keep up

Then I went back to tell mum

It took me some time to get back -
WHY?
Because of the painful STONES

nearly back to mum

I must say that mum understood completely,
and luckily we spotted an esplanade and path next to all these stones,
where it was much easier to walk.

Phew!...at last - a proper path

I do have to admit, that I loved our trip away,
and if it means going back onto beaches with NO SAND again,

Yes I would go.

I kept losing my stick in the sea....
I hoped dad would rescue it,
instead

I

it

mum has sneaked in and added this drawing...
